Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and configure SAP PS module according to business needs.
· Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· Design and implement solutions for project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost tracking.
· Integrate SAP PS with other modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM.
· Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
· Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
· Work closely with other departments, including IT, Finance, and Project Management, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SAP PS within the organization.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and training materials
· Support project lifecycle activities including blueprinting, realization, go-live, and hyper care.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
· +7 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS module.
· In-depth Understanding of SAP PS Processes: The consultant should have a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end processes in SAP PS, including Project Structure, Project Planning & Scheduling, Project Budgeting, and Reporting.
· Strong understanding of WBS, networks, milestones, project planning, cost planning, and budgeting.
· Experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
· Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules.
· Strong problem-solving skills and business process understanding.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in Project Systems.
Experience in S/4HANA environment.
Exposure to industry-specific project requirements like ceramics manufacturing.
