About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage customer sales orders end-to-end, from order receipt to delivery
- Create and maintain sales orders in SAP and resolve pricing, master data, or system issues
- Identify, monitor, and resolve order blocks (credit, delivery, MOQ/MOV, permits, lead time)
- Coordinate with Credit, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to fix order issues
- Send order confirmations, proactive delay updates, and handle order changes or cancellations
- Track open orders, ensure SLA compliance (24 hours), and escalate issues when needed
- 2-5 years of experience
- Customer Service experience
- PC and System skills (SAP knowledge – not a must, XLS, Word)
- Fluent English
- Strong customer service attitude
- Good analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Is a good team player
- Attention to details / Accuracy
- Outlook end Excel knowledge
