About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Data Analyst to lead enterprise-level analytics and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data visualization, reporting platforms, analytics transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
- The role requires deep technical proficiency in MicroStrategy, PowerBI and similar BI and analytics tools, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the primary focal for enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations, compliance, risk, and IT teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Deliver scalable and high-performance BI solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and support reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using MicroStrategy and similar reporting BI tools.
- Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, profiling, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
- Lead data analysis, data modeling, and reporting optimization initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance across reporting platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to analytics and reporting teams.
- Support modernization and automation initiatives within the analytics ecosystem.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex reporting or visualization issues.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting efficiency and user experience.

- Prior experience in European banking, lending, risk, regulatory reporting, or digital banking programs will be an added advantage.
- Analyze and document business and data requirements related to daily banking and lending products.
- Prepare business requirement documents, data mapping documents, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Support lending, risk, securities, tax, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, data engineers, and technology teams to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
- Support functional testing, UAT, defect analysis, and production issue resolution related to reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Participate in core banking transformation, data migration, system upgrades, and digital banking initiatives.
- Ensure reporting and analytical solutions comply with European banking regulations, internal policies, and data privacy requirements.
- 6-8 years in design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports
- Strong hands-on experience with: MicroStrategy, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense / QlikView, Dataiku
- Strong proficiency in SQL,Oracle,ODI,BODS and relational databases.
- Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems is preferred.
- Exposure to Python/R for analytics and automation will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in client-facing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of business processes and reporting governance.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
