About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Designed and developed scalable, reusable ATF automation frameworks, enhancing test coverage, maintainability and execution efficiency.
- Performed end-to-end testing of enterprise ServiceNow applications, including catalog requests, Risk Management, Audit Management, HR cases, approvals, notifications, and Virtual Agent conversations.
- Executed and maintained ATF test suites aligned with platform upgrades, regression cycles, and production releases.
- Analyzed ATF results, performed root cause analysis (RCA), and ensured defect resolution and test stability.
- Conducted functional, system, integration, and regression testing as per STLC.
- Performed API testing using Postman to validate REST integrations and data workflows.
- Conducted NOW Mobile and Virtual Agent testing, validating workflows, forms, approvals, and chatbot interactions.
- Demonstrates technical understanding through experience of implementing RCMs, workflows, surveys, policies, and security roles through configurations for automation of controls design effectiveness, operational effectiveness, self-assessment and through continuous controls monitoring using one of more GRC technology solutions
Must have skills:
- Hands-on experience of Automated 100+ test scenarios using ServiceNow ATF across IRM, HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Experience of working in Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
- Participated in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Supported UAT and release validation, collaborating with stakeholders for successful deployments.
- Must have developed atleast one or more AI / ML based automation use-cases across any module in the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience of Automation Testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium or others.
- ServiceNow platform administration knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of core GRC concepts, such as Risks, Controls, Policies, and Audits with ability to present solutions to complex client problems while working on large technology implementations, client presentations and management of key stakeholders
- Engineer (CISA and/or DISA certification shall be preferred)
- ServiceNow ATF Micro Certification
- CSA – Certified System Administrator
- Automation Testing Certifications
