About The Job:
- The Major Incident Manager is responsible for managing critical incidents (P1/P2) to restore services
- quickly and minimize business impact.
- Manage major incidents end-to-end
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders
- Ensure SLA adherence and quick resolution
- Conduct bridge calls and provide timely updates
- Single point of contact during major incidents
- Provide regular updates to business and leadership
- Conduct RCA and PIR sessions
- Document learnings and improvements
- ITIL knowledge (Incident/Problem/Change)
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- 5+ years in IT operations
- 2+ years in Major Incident Management
- MTTR improvement
- SLA adherence
- Reduction in repeat incidents
