About The Job:
- The engineer will begin by supporting a Palo Alto firewall rule?remediation project, with flexibility to assist on additional operational or security tasks as needed.
- Review, analyse, and remediate permissive firewall rules (including any?any rules).
- Manage and optimise Palo Alto firewall policies.
- Interpret logs (Splunk, firewall logs) to validate rule usage.
- Support change?management processes and operational activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands?on experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with rule remediation and tightening permissive rules.
- Log analysis skills (Splunk, traffic logs).
- AlgoSec experience highly preferred.
