About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP FI-CO Consultant to support, enhance, and implement financial accounting and controlling solutions within SAP.
- The role involves end-user support, system configuration, process optimization, and participation in S/4 HANA migration initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform configuration and customization in SAP FI-CO as per business requirements.
- Handle master data updates and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain:
- Functional Specifications (FS)
- Configuration Documents
- Business Process Documents (BPD)
- Training Manuals and Presentations
- Support business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC).
- Work on enhancements and collaborate with technical teams for development.
- Execute and support period-end closing activities.
- Ensure smooth integration of FI with MM, SD, and PS modules.
Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP ERP within areas: New GL, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger Accounting, Product costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Cost Centre accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA) and Asset accounting.
- Knowledge of configuration of integration of MM, PS & SD with FI
- Knowledge of SAP-CIN
- S/4 HANA Implementation experience
- Knowledge of New GL parallel ledger
- Experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience of GST Implementation considering Access Sequence, Creation of Condition Types, Creation of Accounting Keys, Assignment of GL to Accounting Keys, Update Tax Procedure in TAXINN, maintaining tax percentage rates.
- Knowledge of Period End process
- Experience of developing Enhancements
- Require very good working knowledge on Depreciation Procedure
- Knowledge of integration with IS-Utilities will be an additional advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have necessary verbal and written communication skills in English
- Should be proficient in inter-personal skills required for teamwork
- Preferred Companies/Industry
- Experience of working in the Utilities Industry would be an added advantage
- Experience 5 – 6 Years of relevant experience
- Education Qualifications CA/ICWA/MBA/MCA/BE(IT/CS)/B-Tech(IT/CS)/M-Tech
