We are building Amazon's first horizontal self-serve decisioning platform - an intelligence layer that upgrades static rule-based systems into outcome-learning, context-aware decision engines. The platform serves multiple tenants across multiple organizations and domains, each requiring structured onboarding, cross-org coordination, and production launch governance.
We are looking for a Program Manager to own tenant onboarding execution end-to-end - from first contact through production launch and steady-state operations. This role operates at the intersection of platform product, tenant engineering, and business stakeholders - orchestrating complex multi-party programs where each tenant brings a different tech stack, org structure, data readiness level, and decision type.
Key job responsibilities
Tenant Onboarding Execution
Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle - contract data readiness prototyping shadow mode production launch.
Manage parallel tracks across multiple tenants simultaneously at different stages.
Drive timelines against committed milestones, identify blockers early, and escalate decisively across cross-org dependencies.
Cross-Org Stakeholder Management
Navigate multi-persona commitment structures (builder, system owner, sponsor) across organizational boundaries.
Coordinate across platform engineering, applied science, BA/RA teams, and tenant-side engineering.
Serve as the single-threaded owner tenant leadership engages with throughout onboarding.
Process Design & Operational Excellence
Design and iterate on scalable onboarding processes - playbooks, health dashboards, RACI matrices, milestone trackers.
Drive process improvements as the platform moves from bespoke onboarding to self-serve at scale.
Data Readiness & Pre-flight
Drive data readiness (the #1 time sink) by providing clear requirements, checklists, and embedded support.
Coordinate pre-flight validation: data quality gates, signal checks, and integration testing.
Ensure contract commitments are met before prototype begins.
Governance & Launch Readiness
Coordinate shadow mode, launch readiness reviews (circuit breakers, fail-safes, RACI sign-off), and transition to steady-state operations with support handoff and monitoring.
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain full pipeline visibility. Report program health with actionable metrics: onboarding velocity, time-to-production, blocker resolution.
Partner with GTM to convert qualified demand into onboarding-ready tenants.
About the team
We operate at the intersection of product, science, and GTM - building a platform that connects decision systems across Amazon so that one signal makes all of them smarter. The platform is live with founding tenants, scaling to broad GA, and building pipeline for pan-Amazon adoption. This role is critical to ensuring that every tenant that enters the funnel moves through onboarding with velocity, quality, and trust.
You will work directly with platform leadership, applied science, engineering, BA/RAs, and tenant-side stakeholders to drive the operational machinery that turns platform readiness into production impact - one tenant at a time, then many in parallel.
