Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, Agile Development, and Portfolio Management while leveraging ServiceNow development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and enhance ServiceNow SPM modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SPM solutions.
• Configure Demand Management, Project & Program Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning processes.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions.
• Configure Strategic Planning Workspace, Project Workspace, and Resource Management Workspace.
• Integrate SPM with ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ERP, and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-production support.
• Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
