Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, Integrations, and Scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM capabilities including Case Management, Customer Portals, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Agent Workspace.
  • Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and other platform customizations.
  • Create and enhance customer-facing portals and self-service experiences.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical reviews, and implementation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and performance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Scripting including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Experience with Customer Portals, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, and Case Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CSA, CAD, CIS Certified.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Virtual Agent, or Service Portal.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
