Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Workspace Developer with 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Workspace development, UI Builder, Agent Workspace, and platform customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing modern workspace experiences within the ServiceNow platform to improve user productivity and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Workspace solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and enhance Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and Next Experience UI.
• Develop and maintain custom pages, components, and experiences using UI Builder.
• Create reusable workspace components and optimize user journeys.
• Configure workspace forms, lists, related records, and contextual side panels.
• Develop client-side and server-side scripts to support workspace functionality.
• Integrate workspace solutions with ServiceNow applications and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workspace-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and UI defects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable workspace solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and platform upgrade activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workspace Development.
• Strong experience with Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace, and Next Experience UI.
• Expertise in UI Builder for creating and customizing workspace pages and components.
• Experience configuring workspace forms, lists, record pages, related lists, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization and scripting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSA, CAD, CIS Certification.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM modules.
• Experience with Service Portal and custom application development.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
