As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value customers for the bank's CASA (Current Account Savings Account) segment.   • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in banking sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-performance team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the CASA segment.
