1.1Candidate should

  • Develop/Operate tools in a variety of programming/scripting languages
  • Design/Implement improvements, striving for efficiency
  • Develop environment support and troubleshooting
  • Operate Software CM, GIT/ClearCase, and build automation systems
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Develop competence in technical domain

1.2To be successful in the role, candidate must have:

  • Knowledge of 5G Core, EPC, UDM
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining CI/CD process using tools like Gitlab, Gerrit, Jenkins, Spinnaker
  • 5+ years of experience working in DevOps role
  • Ability to code and script using Python, Ansible and Shell
  • Hands-on experience in build and administer VMs and Containers using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
  • Significant experience with IP Network and Linux operating system environments (SUSE, Redhat)
  • Knowledge of one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) is Big Plus
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools for Continuous Integration and Delivery
  • Bachelors in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer first
