Job Description- A Remote Support & Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance to end-users and customers remotely, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, ensuring smooth operation of systems and maximizing customer satisfaction

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely, utilizing remote access software and communication tools.
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades, configurations, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear instructions and updates on issue resolution.
  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Utilize remote desktop software to access and control customer systems for troubleshooting and support
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on using software and hardware.
  • Familiarity with remote access software and tools.
  • Experience with using and managing ticketing systems
