| Roles and Responsibilities |
Administer and maintain Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Networking, Azure AD, and App Services. Set up and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for performance tracking and issue diagnostics. Configure and maintain Azure Alerts, Dashboards, and Workbooks to provide actionable insights. Implement and manage Azure Automation, Update Management, and Resource Health Monitoring. Develop and maintain runbooks, scripts, and automation tools to support operational excellence. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools such as Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, and Network Watcher. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure resources, network configurations, identity management, and access control. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for Azure outages or performance issues. Support cost optimization by analyzing usage patterns and suggesting recommendations. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security policies and standards. |
