Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the implementation and support of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, or Talent Management.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure Workday solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Participate in data validation, reporting, and system audits.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and new features.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR systems, ERP applications, Workday, HR operations, business analysis, or consulting.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Workday through internships, projects, certifications, or training programs.
• Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, or HR technology platforms.
• Workday certification or training exposure is an added advantage.
