Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in network operations or support roles.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
  • Switching (VLANs, STP, trunking)
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
  • Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Wireshark).
  • Ability to read, understand, and create network diagrams.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands on Knowledge on F5 Load balancer.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Meraki).
  • Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure Virtual Networks).
  • Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible).
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
