Must-Have
• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
• Should have an excellent customer handling skills.
• Installation and configuration of MS SQL Server 2014,2016,2017,2019 and 2022 in Windows environment and Updating the service packs.
• Experience on Database Backup, Restore and Disaster Recovery procedures.
• Periodical Backups of the database and timely recovery when required.
• Configuring and Implementing Jobs, Alerts.
• Creating and scheduling jobs for Database Maintenance.
• Security by controlling the access to the DB's and the servers.
• Database Authentication modes, Creation of user, configuring permissions and assigning roles to users.
• Resolving Space management issues like Data, log file and disk Space issues.
• Responsible for Migrating databases
• Good experience on Always On and Mirroring.
• Proficiency in Query optimization and improve Performance Tuning.
• Identifying and resolving Blocking, Deadlocking and Index Fragmentation issues.
• Basic Knowledge on Oracle DBA and AWS
• Need to provide24 x 7 Production support for the database issues when required.
• Good Knowledge on change and incident management. |
