The role involves implementing TPRM| PSM processes| developing workflows| and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as TPRM| PSM| Custom Applications.Develop and maintain ServiceNow flow designers| UI policies| and business rules.Process ImplementationAlign ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.Design and implement integrations with third-party systems.Automate routine tasks using ServiceNow scripting.Document technical specifications| processes and procedures for ServiceNow TPRM PSM processes.Adhere to ServiceNow coding best practices| manage solutions within update sets and contribute to the overall platform governance strategy.Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.Provide technical support for post-implementation issues.ReportingDevelop dashboards and reports for operational insights.Required Skills QualificationsTechnical ExpertiseMinimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.Strong Proficiency in JavaScript| GlideAPIs| and ServiceNow APIs.Experience with ServiceNow Integrations with third-party systems.Basic knowledge in Service Portal concepts.Process KnowledgeFamiliarity with ITIL framework and best practices.Experience5 to 7 years of ServiceNow developmentadministration experience.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with ServiceNow TPRM| PSM| or GRC modules.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Key Performance IndicatorsTimely delivery of ServiceNow enhancements.High user satisfaction with platform performance.Compliance with ITSM and security standards.
