Description:
• Perform application onboarding for provisioning/de-provisioning in Saviynt.
• Support and maintain existing Saviynt connections, troubleshoot failures, and tune configurations.
• Execute recertification cycles, manage review campaigns, and support audit requirements.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards and operational reports.
• Resolve L2 tickets, address provisioning issues, and perform RCA for recurring gaps.
• Collaborate with L3 teams for enhancements, fixes, and workflow improvements.
Essential Skills:
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA operations and development.
• Strong understanding of provisioning, de-provisioning, and connector troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting certification campaigns, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to perform RCA, analyze logs, and resolve operational tickets.
• Working knowledge of JML processes, workflow configuration, and Saviynt objects.
Desirable skills:
• Communication, troubleshooting, documentation, analysis.
• Preferred: Saviynt, Azure AD, ITIL, Security+
• IGA / Saviynt / Identity Governance. |
