.Net, ITIL/ServiceNow, Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace, Splunk)
  • 3-12+ years' experience in production support or application support with strong exposure to .NET ecosystem.Strong understanding of IIS, Windows Server, ASP.NET/.NET Core, and advanced SQL troubleshooting.
  • SQL debugging skills (query tuning, deadlock analysis, performance bottlenecks).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and SCOM.
  • Hands-on experience with ITIL processes: incident, problem, change, and release management.
Ab Initio, ITIL/ServiceNow, Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace,Splunk)
  • 3-12+ years' experience supporting in data pipeline, or ETL support—preferably with Ab Initio.
  • Basic understanding of Ab Initio concepts, GDE navigation, graphs, datasets, parameters, and sandbox structure.
  • Familiarity with UNIX/LINUX commands, SQL basics, and job schedulers (Control-M/Autosys).
  • Experience with monitoring/APM tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM, AppInsights.
  • Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management in ITIL-driven environments.
Java, ITIL/ServiceNow, Monitoring Tools (Dynatrace,Splunk)
  • 3-12+ years' experience in Java application or production support.
  • Strong understanding of Java/J2EE architecture, JVM internals, Linux administration, and advanced SQL troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, SCOM).
  • Hands-on work in ITIL process areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Release.

  • 3-12+ years' Experience supporting Informatica ETL applications (PowerCenter/IICS).

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk) and schedulers (ESP,Control-M, Autosys).
