  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative support role (internship experience is highly valued).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Assist senior TA specialists in managing the day-to-day recruitment workflow, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Ensure all candidate data, interview notes, and status updates are accurately logged and maintained in the ATS in real-time.
  • Resume Screening: Help review and screen initial resumes to shortlist qualified candidates against predefined job requirements.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with timely updates, interview details, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Documentation & Onboarding: Assist in collecting preliminary background verification documents and collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Reporting: Help compile weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports and candidate pipeline summaries.
