- Administrative Support: Assist senior TA specialists in managing the day-to-day recruitment workflow, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases under the guidance of senior team members.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Ensure all candidate data, interview notes, and status updates are accurately logged and maintained in the ATS in real-time.
- Resume Screening: Help review and screen initial resumes to shortlist qualified candidates against predefined job requirements.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with timely updates, interview details, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Assist in collecting preliminary background verification documents and collaborating with the broader HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
- Reporting: Help compile weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports and candidate pipeline summaries.
