Work Schedule & Benefits:

Shift Timing: US-Canada Shift (Night Shift - aligned to North American time zones)

Working Hours: 10 hours per shift (including breaks as per company policy)

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Transportation: Company-provided pick-up and drop facility (for night shifts)

Role Summary:

Entry-level outbound sales role responsible for engaging Canada-based customers, promoting telecom products/services, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle objections and rejections professionally

Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)

Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards

Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue

Required Skills:

Strong communication with neutral/clear English accent

Sales mindset with persuasive ability

Active listening and customer empathy

Resilience and ability to handle rejection

Basic system/CRM handling

Eligibility:

Graduate (flexible based on communication skills)

2-4 years of experience (freshers welcome; BPO/sales preferred)
