Job Description

Job Title: Sales Admin / Commercial

Location: Bhopal, MP, India

About the Role

Support the Project Sales team with key operational tasks-managing sales applications, processing orders, generating reports, and coordinating incentives. This role ensures excellent administrative execution for seamless commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales operations by handling CRM/SAP-related tasks (order processing, SKU updates, territory changes)

  • Verify and ratify sales transactions accurately and timely, correcting system errors

  • Generate and share sales performance reports-volume, value, budget vs actuals

  • Prepare precise quarterly and annual incentive calculations; liaise with payroll for payouts

  • Assist commercial leads in vendor invoice processing and logistics coordination

  • Test new sales applications before rollout and conduct unit-level audits for process improvements

  • Update applicator/vendor records and ensure compliant documentation and gift distribution timelines

Essential Criteria

  • Education: Graduate degree (BA/B.Com/BBA/BMS, etc.)-fulltime course, minimum 50% marks, no backlogs

  • Experience: Open to freshers; prior internship or administrative exposure in CRM usage is a plus

  • Skills: Excellent Excel and MS Office proficiency; CRM/SAP familiarity preferred; strong verbal and written communication
