Develop and maintain a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for the automation platform, aligned with company's overall technology and business objectives.

Create and manage a prioritized product roadmap, based on user feedback, market research, and technical feasibility.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and its features.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Work closely with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.

Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

Maintain a well-groomed product backlog in Jira (or your preferred project management tool).

Act as the product owner for one or more Agile development teams, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with engineering to ensure that features are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Manage product releases, including release notes, documentation, and communication to stakeholders.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, operations, security, and business units.

Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders through presentations, demos, and other channels.

Gather feedback from stakeholders on the platform and its features, and incorporate that feedback into the product roadmap.

Act as a point of contact for questions and issues related to the platform.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of automation technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
