Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis\n\nAbout the Rol e We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support the company's strategic goals\n\n.\nJob Profile (Key Responsibilitie\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis:\nOwn the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial reports — P&L statements, balance sheets, variance analysis, and KPIs — to senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis\nPrepare monthly P&L on both accrual and actuals basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness\nMonitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts; proactively identify areas of concern and propose corrective action\nBudgeting, Planning & Forecasting\nLead end-to-end budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and strategic objectives\nRun variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals vs.

Forecast) and communicate key drivers clearly to stakeholder\nCompensation & Benefits (C&B) Financial Partnership\nTrack and provide C&B-related cost details, levers, and trends to the HR team on a regular basis\nBuild and maintain financial models to help HR assess cost impacts of C&B decisions and proposed changes Process, Controls & Compliance\nMaintain and continuously enhance financial reporting tools and templates to improve efficiency and accuracy\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements\nSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technology and best practices\nStakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership\nPartner with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reports\nMentor and guide junior FP&A team members, building capability in financial statement preparation and analysis\n\nPerson Profile:\nQualifications:\n\nChartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent; CA preferred\n5–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or management accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role\nTechnical Skills\nStrong command of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques\nProficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite) and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus\nSolid understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and financial statements\nExperience with C&B cost modelling and HR finance partnership is desirable\nBehavioural Competencies\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under time pressure\nCollaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nWork Details\nWork\nWeek: Monday to Fr iday\nS hift: Stra ddle\nEmployment Type Full- time\nCale ndar US calendar\napplicable
