The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring legal compliance, managing disputes, and supporting business operations with sound legal guidance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle and manage civil and criminal litigation matters , including coordination with external legal counsel and court proceedings\nDraft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, and policies\nProvide legal advisory on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters\nEnsure compliance with applicable laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards\nManage legal documentation, case records, and filings\nLiaise with government authorities, legal bodies, and regulatory agencies\nSupport internal stakeholders on legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies\nAssist in immigration-related processes (basic understanding required – visas, compliance, documentation)\nHandle dispute resolution, arbitration, and legal negotiations\nStay updated with changes in laws and regulations impacting the business\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nLLB / LLM from a recognized university\n6+ years of experience in corporate legal functions\nStrong experience in handling civil and criminal cases\nGood exposure to contract management and legal compliance\nBasic understanding of immigration laws/processes (hands-on is a plus, not mandatory)\nStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills\nAbility to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
