This role is ideal for professionals with 1+ year of customer service experience and strong expertise in Portuguese language communication .\n\nKey Details :\nLocation: DLF Gachibowli, Hyderabad\nWork Mode: On-site\nShift: Rotational shifts\nWork Week: 5 Days (Rotational week offs)\nSalary: Up to 7 LPA\nTransportation: 2-way cab facility provided (Upto 25KM)\n\nResponsibilities :\nHandle customer queries via chat and email support\nProvide accurate and timely resolutions for international customers\nMaintain high standards of written communication in Portuguese & English\nEnsure adherence to process guidelines and quality parameters\nAnalyze customer issues and offer effective solutions\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nGraduate (Mandatory) in any discipline\nCertified Portuguese Language Specialist (Mandatory)\nMinimum 1+ year of experience in customer service / international support\nStrong written communication in Portuguese and English\nGood problem-solving and analytical skills\nComfortable working in rotational shifts\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in non-voice (chat/email) support\nCustomer-centric mindset with attention to detail\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, global environment\nAdditional Information\nImmediate joiners are highly preferred
