About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Content Lead to build and scale creator-led content franchises using AI-powered workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Content Strategy, Creator Partnerships, AI, and Growth.
You will work directly with creators, subject matter experts, and growth teams to develop high-engagement short-form content formats across themes such as personal finance, productivity, careers, skills, entrepreneurship, and alternative income.
This is an opportunity to build category-defining content experiences while leveraging AI tools to create scalable, repeatable content systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of creator-led content formats, series, and shows.
- Conceptualize and execute high-performing short-form video content across YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Partner closely with creators to develop content concepts, storytelling frameworks, scripts, playlists, and episodic structures.
- Leverage AI tools for content research, ideation, scripting, editing, localization, repurposing, and content optimization.
- Build scalable content workflows and playbooks that can be replicated across creators and categories.
- Analyze content performance metrics including views, watch time, audience retention, engagement, and conversion.
- Conduct rapid content experimentation, identify winning formats, and scale successful content franchises.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Creator Success teams to drive audience acquisition and engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends across AI, creator economy, content innovation, and digital storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Digital Media, Content Marketing, or Creator Economy platforms.
- Proven track record of building and scaling short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered content creation tools and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and audience behavior.
- Experience working directly with creators, influencers, podcasters, or digital talent.
- Excellent storytelling, scripting, and editorial skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
