Lead - Referral Sales
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
•Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly referral sales targets
•Track and review daily activity metrics including referrals generated, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and net bookings to drive productivity and performance benchmarks at individual and team levels
•Conduct regular performance reviews to identify gaps and drive timely corrective actions
•Ensure strong adherence to sales processes, SOPs, and reporting standards
•Work closely with Referrals Program Lead to ensure collaborative business number delivery
•Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Experience Center teams to improve conversion outcomes
Desired Candidate Profile
•Graduate / Post-graduate with 12+ years of overall sales experience
•5+ years of experience in team leadership roles, managing medium sized sales teams
•Strong background in target-driven and execution-focused sales environments
•Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy, and rigorous sales ecosystem
•Open to frequent travel across company location in India
•Good to have: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
•Preferred Industries: Timeshare, Telecom, Insurance, FMCG/FMCD General/Modern Trade
