Role DescriptionThe Guest Relations Executive will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships with clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, addressing inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience. The role also involves supporting customer service initiatives, handling receptionist duties, and collaborating with the team to promote sales and client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to provide exceptional experiences and address client queries proactively.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing front desk operations, scheduling, and attending to administrative tasks.
- Understanding of Sales processes and client engagement techniques to support customer outreach and relationship building.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, multitask, and deliver results in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with hospitality or CRM systems is preferred.
- Prior experience in guest relations or customer service roles is an advantage.
