Podcast & Digital Content Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a Podcast & Digital Content Lead to manage TeqTalk podcast production (70%) and Teqfocus digital/social media presence (30%). The role involves owning content creation, publishing, promotion, and performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a global environment and have the flexibility to adjust working hours for overlap with PST time zones when required, including occasional early starts or late finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
A.Podcast Production (70%)
Content & Editorial
- Review episode transcripts and identify key moments for trailers and clips.
- Write trailer scripts and create engaging episode titles.
- Ensure high-quality content delivery across all assets.
Production & Post-Production
- Coordinate with editing and design teams.
- Create weekly content assets including: Newsletters, LinkedIn posts/articles , Carousels ,Reel scripts , Blog posts ,Email campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools for transcript analysis, content generation, SEO, and captions.
- Publishing & Distribution
- Publish content on YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Instagram.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Schedule and distribute multiple clips after each episode launch.
Performance & Growth
- Monitor CTR, engagement, view duration, subscriber growth, and clip performance.
- Improve underperforming content through thumbnail and title optimization.
- Manage YouTube promotional campaigns.
B.Teqfocus Digital & Social Media (30%)
Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Maintain consistent posting and audience engagement.
Brand Content
- Create campaign content, company announcements, event promotions, and thought leadership content.
- Repurpose podcast content into brand marketing assets.
Campaigns & Reporting
- Execute social campaigns for events, launches, and GTM initiatives.
- Track and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation and reporting.
Required Experience:
- 7–10 years in Podcast Production, Digital Content, or Social Media.
- Experience growing YouTube or LinkedIn channels for B2B brands.
- Hands-on experience with: Riverside (or equivalent), Adobe Premiere (or equivalent), YouTube Studio Analytics
- Experience managing social media content calendars and engagement.
- Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in content workflows.
