We are an early-stage startup and move with urgency. The work often requires long hours, fast iteration, customer obsession, and high ownership.

vertical knowledge, and tooling expertise.\nYou should be able to say:\n“I understand this industry, I know how to find the right buyers, I can build the list, write the messaging, run the campaign, speak to customers, move the deal forward, and help the company learn what works.”\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Founding BDR / GTM Associate who can operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, outbound, data enrichment, and customer development.\n\nThis is not a meeting-booking-only role.\nYou will work directly with the founders to identify customer segments, build outbound motions, engage high-intent inbound leads, run discovery conversations, support pilots, and help convert opportunities into revenue.\nYou should be comfortable using modern GTM tools, creating targeted lead lists, writing outreach messaging, running outbound campaigns, and speaking directly with customers.\nThe ideal candidate has strong experience in at least one industry vertical such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, financial services, education, or real estate, and can use that domain knowledge to create impact quickly.\n\nWhat You Will Own\n\nInbound lead conversion\nRespond to high-intent inbound leads with urgency\nRun discovery calls and qualification conversations\nUnderstand customer use cases and business pain points\nCoordinate demos, pilots, pricing conversations, and next steps\nMove opportunities forward with clear follow-ups\nDisqualify poor-fit leads when needed\n\nOutbound and pipeline creation\nFind target accounts and decision-makers\nBuild outbound lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Happenstance, Instantly.ai, Reach, and similar GTM tools\nCreate personalized messaging for different verticals\nRun outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and referrals\nTest ICPs, hooks, offers, and follow-up sequences\nTrack what works and turn it into repeatable playbooks\n\nVertical-specific GTM\nHelp us build sales motions across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, financial services, education, and real estate\nBring real domain context from at least one industry\nUnderstand who the buyers are, what problems they care about, and how to position Voice AI in a way that resonates\n\nCustomer relationships and expansion\nBuild relationships with founders, operators, sales leaders, support leaders, and technical teams\nUnderstand customer workflows deeply\nIdentify expansion opportunities across teams, locations, and use cases\nSupport pilots and help convert them into long-term contracts\nAct as the voice of the customer internally\n\nSales process and CRM discipline\nMaintain clean CRM records, notes, and deal stages\nEnsure every opportunity has a clear next step\nTrack pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics\nHelp define sales playbooks, outbound templates, qualification criteria, and handoff processes\nBring visibility and structure to a fast-moving sales pipeline\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nHigh-intent inbound leads are converted into customers\nOutbound campaigns generate qualified conversations\nVertical-specific messaging resonates with buyers\nPipeline is clear and predictable\nCRM hygiene is strong\nPilots convert into paid engagements\nAccounts expand over time\nRevenue impact is visible quickly\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, growth, or early-stage GTM\nExperience with outbound prospecting and lead generation\nStrong familiarity with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly.ai, Happenstance, Reach, or similar sales intelligence and outreach tools\nAbility to run discovery conversations and understand customer pain points\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHigh ownership mindset and bias toward action\nComfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment\nAbility to learn quickly and operate without rigid playbooks\n\nHighly Desired Experience\nDeep experience in at least one of the following verticals: healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, financial services, education, or real estate\nExperience at an early-stage startup\nExperience selling SaaS, AI, API, developer tools, workflow automation, or B2B software\nExperience selling to SMBs, mid-market companies, or enterprises\nExperience running outbound campaigns from scratch\nExperience working directly with founders or senior operators\nWillingness to travel for
