Influencer Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our creator and influencer engagement strategy. You will build partnerships with digital creators, education influencers, and student ambassadors to amplify the university's brand and support admissions objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-video platforms aligned with admissions cycles and brand goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators—from macro influencers to micro/nano education and student content creators.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery: briefing, content approval, scheduling, go-live, and post-campaign performance reporting.
  • Own the influencer marketing budget; negotiate contracts and track ROI across all partnerships.
  • Maintain an influencer database tracking engagement metrics, audience demographics, and campaign outcomes.
  • Coordinate campus visits and experiential content shoots with creators.
  • Ensure compliance with ASCI disclosure guidelines for all influencer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–7 years in influencer/digital marketing, preferably in education or youth-focused sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of India's creator ecosystem and influencer analytics tools (HypeAuditor, Kofluence, Qoruz, or similar).
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate campaign metrics into actionable insights.
