About Little Unicorn's

Little Unicorn's International Garderie is a premium early childhood space where creativity is not an activity—it is a way of life.

We believe in the "100 Languages of Children", where art, expression, and imagination play a central role in how children think, feel, and learn.

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Art & Craft Educator who can bring our spaces to life and lead the visual expression of our curriculum.

Role Overview

This is not a regular art teacher role.

You will be the Creative Force behind the school's visual environment and art experiences—designing meaningful art activities for children, guiding teachers, and transforming the school into a vibrant, inspiring space during events and daily learning.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Activity Design

  • Plan and design age-appropriate, innovative art & craft activities aligned with themes and curriculum.
  • Ensure activities focus on process over product, encouraging creativity, exploration, and expression.
  • Introduce diverse materials, textures, and techniques (beyond routine crafts).

Teacher Guidance & Collaboration

  • Guide and train teachers on conducting art & craft activities effectively.
  • Share creative ideas, demonstrations, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of art experiences across all classrooms.

School Environment & Décor

  • Conceptualise and execute beautiful, meaningful school décor.
  • Lead décor planning for:
  • Events & celebrations
  • Carnivals & exhibitions
  • Thematic installations & displays
  • Create visually rich spaces that reflect children's work and learning journeys.

Creative Innovation

  • Continuously bring fresh, unique, and "wow" ideas to the table.
  • Stay updated with global early years art practices (Reggio-inspired, open-ended materials, etc.).
  • Elevate the school's visual identity to a premium, international standard.

Working with Children

  • Engage with children during activities with warmth and encouragement.
  • Respect individuality and avoid over-directing outcomes.
  • Celebrate children's creativity rather than focusing on perfection.

Who Should Apply

  • Background in Fine Arts / Art Education / Design (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years of experience in art, craft, or creative roles (schools preferred).
  • Exceptionally creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Passionate about working in an early childhood environment.
  • Skilled in working with a variety of materials and large-scale décor setups.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and inspire a team.

What You'll Get

  • A highly creative, expressive, and joyful work environment.
  • Freedom to design and bring your ideas to life.
  • Opportunity to build a signature creative identity for a premium preschool.
  • Recognition for your work during events, exhibitions, and showcases.
  • Growth into a Creative Head / Experience Designer role.
