Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Delhi/Ghaziabad & Chennai, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting technical presentations, supporting the sales team with robust technical expertise, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and sales success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical concepts related to products and services
Experience in providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving client issues
Strong Communication skills for presenting solutions and addressing client needs effectively
Proven ability in Sales and Customer Service to build long-lasting relationships and drive client engagement
Analytical and problem-solving skills to craft innovative and efficient solutions
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sustainable technologies or a related field is a plus
Experience in Industrial Air Pollution control company is preferred
Freshers with good communication & technical skills may be considered
