Designation: Product Head – MDM & Security Solutions

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 15+ years


Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Head – MDM & Security Solutions to lead and scale our Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Security business.


The role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic OEM partnerships, enabling sales teams, managing presales initiatives, and building a profitable MDM and Security practice across the organization.


The ideal candidate should possess strong business development, alliance management, solution consulting, and leadership skills to establish the company as a trusted advisor in Enterprise Mobility, Endpoint Management, Security, & Compliance.


Experience & Qualifications Required:

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Solutions, Cybersecurity, Mobility, Product Management, Presales, or Business Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MDM/UEM, Endpoint Security, or Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling technology practices and driving revenue growth.


Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of MDM/UEM platforms and Enterprise Mobility solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Scalefusion, and similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Security, DLP, IAM, Email Security, and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Compliance, Data Privacy, and Security best practices.


Professional Skills

  • Strong business development and alliance management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage with CXOs, IT leadership teams, and enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • MDM business revenue and profitability.
  • Security business revenue and profitability.
  • Pipeline creation and conversion.
  • OEM partnership growth and strategic alliances.
  • Enterprise customer acquisitions and wins.
