Role Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, prospective customers, channel partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm and seamless guest experience while supporting the sales team through effective visitor management, customer engagement, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Guest & Visitor Management
•Welcome and assist all visitors, customers, channel partners, and stakeholders visiting the sales gallery, project site, or corporate office.
•Ensure a professional and positive first impression of the brand.
•Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments with relevant team members.
•Provide information about projects, amenities, and company offerings as required.
Front Office Administration
•Manage reception and front desk operations.
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
•Maintain reception, waiting lounge, and experience center areas to company standards.
•Coordinate hospitality arrangements for visitors and guests.
Qualifications & Skills
•Graduate in any discipline.
•2–5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, front office, or real estate.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
•Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
Preferred Experience
•Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments.
•Experience managing customer interactions at sales galleries, experience centers, or project sites.
