Role Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Specialist Artist – Design & Motion to join our Creative and Post Production team. This role will focus on leveraging Generative AI technologies to create high-quality visual, motion, and video content while enhancing creative workflows and production efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong design and motion graphics expertise with a deep understanding of emerging AI tools and technologies. They will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Editors, Motion Designers, and Brand Teams to develop innovative content solutions across broadcast, digital, social, and branded content projects.
Key Responsibilities
AI Creative Development
Create AI-generated concepts, mood boards, key visuals, storyboards, and campaign assets.
Develop visually compelling imagery aligned with brand and creative objectives.
Generate multiple creative options rapidly during concept and pitch stages.
Motion Design & AI Video Production
Create AI-assisted motion graphics, animated sequences, and video assets.
Produce visual treatments, transitions, backgrounds, and design packages.
Transform AI-generated imagery into motion content using industry-standard tools.
Production Support
Support post-production teams with AI-generated creative assets.
Assist in creating visual effects elements, environment extensions, clean-up work, and enhancement assets.
Collaborate with editors and motion designers to integrate AI-generated content into final deliverables.
AI Workflow Development
Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools and platforms.
Develop repeatable workflows, prompt libraries, and creative templates.
Identify opportunities to improve speed, scalability, and production efficiency through AI adoption.
Innovation & R&D
Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, design, motion graphics, and content creation technologies.
Conduct internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Recommend new tools and creative approaches to maintain competitive advantage.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all AI-generated outputs meet creative, technical, and brand standards.
Maintain awareness of copyright, licensing, and ethical considerations related to AI-generated content.
Deliver production-ready assets within project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
4–9 years of experience in Design, Motion Graphics, Creative Services, or Post Production.
Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion graphics work.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Pika, Luma, or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and motion design principles.
Experience creating content for digital, social media, or branded content.
Excellent prompt development and creative experimentation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
