Inside Sales Lead

Location: Bangalore, India (Office)

Experience: 5 – 10 years


Role Overview


The Inside Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and scaling SITL’s inside sales function for the India business. This role will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, drive lead generation and qualification, ensure pipeline quality, and work closely with field sales teams to support revenue growth across IT services and technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives
  • Set clear targets and performance metrics for the inside sales team
  • Drive outbound and inbound lead generation and qualification activities
  • Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Work closely with field sales teams to support opportunity conversion and closures
  • Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams for campaigns and proposals
  • Review team performance regularly and provide coaching and feedback
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of inside sales team members
  • Ensure adherence to defined sales processes and compliance requirements


Required Skills & Experience


  • 5–10 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles
  • Prior experience managing or leading inside sales teams
  • Experience in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions sales
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage targets, performance metrics, and sales pipelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
