Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work‑related problems.
- Assist in documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies relevant to application development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must‑Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques to effectively manage timelines and deliverables.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration processes and data management within Workday.
