ServiceNow IRM Developer

DataLunix is building out its GRC practice and looking for a ServiceNow IRM Developer who can own implementations end-to-end from requirement workshops to production deployment. You'll work Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementations driving risk and compliance transformations\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM (GRC) solutions\nConfigure Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules\nWork on end-to-end implementations including requirement gathering, design, development, and deployment\nCustomize workflows, business rules, and UI policies as per business needs\nPerform data modeling, entity scoping, and control framework setup\nDevelop reports and dashboards for risk and compliance tracking\nIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party systems where required\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n2 to 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience\nStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules\nExperience in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, or Audit Management\nGood understanding of risk frameworks and compliance standards\nExperience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript)\nAbility to create custom reports and dashboards beyond OOTB capabilities\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\n\nGood to Have\nServiceNow CSA or CIS-GRC certification\nExperience in end-to-end IRM implementations\nExposure to ITSM/ITOM modules
