Finance Account Officer

Key Responsibilities:\nTimely calculation of Cash Credit (CC) interest and regular follow-up with banks for resolution of any discrepancies/issues.\nHandling day-to-day banking operations and accounting transactions efficiently.\nPreparation and completion of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) within stipulated timelines.\nPreparation and processing of RTGS / NEFT / Cheque payments for vendors and internal fund transfers.\nCoordination and handling of various audits including Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and other financial audits.\nTimely addition/deletion/modification of authorized signatories in bank accounts as per company requirements.\nManagement of PAN Max Vendor/Debtor code creation and modification with timely approvals in accordance with SOPs.\nTimely opening and closing of accounting periods in Sun System.\nProviding audit-related data and supporting documents related to Vendor/Debtor codes within required timelines.\nEnsuring compliance with company policies, processes, and professional workplace discipline.\nMaintaining a well-groomed appearance, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.\n\nQualification :\nB.com/M.com/MBA -Finance\n\nExperience : 3-5yrs experience in similar role\n\nJob location : Max Healthcare Corporate Office, Gurgaon
