About the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager – E-commerce to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative digital commerce products. In this role, you will own key customer-facing and business-critical initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver seamless shopping experiences and drive measurable business growth.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce product management, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to execute complex product initiatives from concept to launch.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce platforms and customer experiences.\nDrive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact product features.\nAnalyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.\nImprove key business metrics such as conversion rate, customer retention, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).\nPrioritize product backlogs based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.\nDefine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.\nLead A/B testing, experimentation, and data analysis to validate product hypotheses.\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.\nMonitor product performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize the customer journey.\nAlign product strategy with overall business objectives while ensuring exceptional user experiences
