Job Description
You will be part of the Sales Enablement function, primarily focusing on Investment Consulting proposals (RFI/RFP/DDQ). In this role, you will work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver high-quality proposals within tight deadlines. A strong understanding of US investment proposals (RFPs) is essential to succeed in this position.\nWe will count on you to:\nDevelop initial drafts of US Investment consulting proposals aligned with the defined scope of services outlined in RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.\nDesign and customize strawman frameworks and templates tailored to meet specific RFP submission requirements, enhancing proposal compliance and effectiveness.\nCollect, analyze, and tailor content in accordance with company policies and RFP criteria to deliver compelling, compliant, and client-focused proposals.\nEffectively prioritize tasks and manage workload to consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation and manage internal tracking systems to support transparency, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.\nFacilitate proactive and regular communication with key stakeholders for RFP acknowledgments, knowledge sharing, and strategic discussions with proposal strategists.\nActively contribute to the enrichment and maintenance of the domain knowledge repository to support organizational learning and proposal excellence.\nLead and support process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing proposal development efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness.\nWhat you need to have:\nPreferred postgraduate or graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or other relevant fields.
