RECRUITING FOR\nTEACHING ASSISTANTS - (NON - TEACHING PROFILE) - OPERATIONS, MARKETING, GENERAL MANAGEMENT\n(Non-Teaching; Only Tutorials)\n\nSTRICTLY ONSITE - Candidates willing to travel to campus independently from their own accommodation need only apply. We provide transport on limited routes.\n\nSalary Range - As per prevailing market (Preference will be given to candidates pursuing PhD or candidates having atleast 4 years industry experience in the chosen subject area of expertise)\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAttend the weekly lectures conducted by the course instructors (as assigned); ensure resource provision for the same\nRecord attendance of the class for all sessions;\nGrade all assignments and exam answer books and establish the final grades for the students in their section(s);\nConduct tutorials as scheduled\nClasses may be held on weekdays or weekends (subject to compensatory leave for having worked on a scheduled holiday)\nAny other teaching/learning tasks as deemed fit by Program Office – such as examination invigilation; attending presentation based student assessments etc.\nAssisting faculty members in different research activities, such as data collection; data cleaning; data analysis; proposal/report writing etc.\n\nQualifications\nShould have postgraduate qualification in any of the following subjects/disciplines – OPERATIONS, MARKETING, GENERAL MANAGEMENT\nPrior Experience is helpful but not necessary\nResearch and Teaching Assistance Experience in Business Schools of repute will be given preference\nThose enrolled in PhD in any of the above mentioned subjects/areas would be accorded preference\nStrong skills in written and spoken English and Excel is a minimum requirement\nKnowledge and skills in data analysis tools like SPS\n\nMUST HAVE - CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE TO GURGAON OR STAYING IN GURGAON WILL BE GIVEN HIGHEST PREFERENCE
