Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Head to lead AiSensy's customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.

This role will own the complete growth marketing charter, including pipeline generation, performance marketing, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and growth experimentation. You will work closely with the founders, sales, product, and customer success teams to build scalable growth engines that drive predictable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses through data-driven growth strategies and building high-performing marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Define and execute AiSensy's growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Own growth KPIs including marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.
  • Develop and scale acquisition channels to drive predictable pipeline generation and business growth.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, market analysis, and customer insights.
  • Build scalable growth frameworks to support the company's next phase of expansion.


Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage and scale marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive landing page optimization, funnel improvements, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.


WhatsApp & Lifecycle Growth

  • Design and scale WhatsApp-first acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programs across WhatsApp, email, CRM, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Drive customer activation, retention, expansion, and re-engagement initiatives.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to maximize customer lifecycle value.


Content, SEO & Organic Growth

  • Build scalable inbound growth engines through content marketing, SEO, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Improve organic traffic, inbound lead generation, and brand authority.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with customer pain points, product adoption, and business growth goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to create compelling customer stories and growth assets.


Analytics & Experimentation

  • Establish growth dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and growth efficiency.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across campaigns, landing pages, messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the marketing team.


Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and pipeline generation in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimization, marketing analytics, and growth experimentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, pipeline generation, conversion rates, and payback periods.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, CRM, Messaging, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Experience marketing products to SMB and Mid-Market customers.
  • Experience building WhatsApp, conversational marketing, or lifecycle engagement funnels.
  • Experience scaling a SaaS business through rapid growth stages.
  • MBA from a reputed institution is a plus.

  • Gain a deep understanding of AiSensy's customers, growth channels, and marketing funnel.
  • Identify key opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Establish growth dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Build a clear growth roadmap aligned with business objectives.

First 12 Months

  • Significantly increase qualified pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Improve customer acquisition efficiency while maintaining growth targets.
  • Scale paid and organic acquisition channels with strong ROI.
  • Build a predictable and repeatable demand generation engine.
