Sales Team Lead

Job Description:

Pension Bazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Requirements

• :Minimum 3 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales or Telesale
• sAt least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agent
• sB2C sales experience is mandator
• yStrong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operation
• sGood understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance managemen
• tAbility to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales target
• sStrong communication, leadership, and people management skill
• sAbility to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvemen
• tGraduation is mandator
