Job Description
Factor is looking for a sharp, organised and technically capable Marketing Operations Coordinator to own the operational engine behind our weekly marketing campaigns.\nThis is a hands-on execution role for someone who loves the detail: building lists, preparing campaigns, writing and formatting drafts, cleaning data, managing unsubscribes, updating HubSpot, checking campaign health and making sure every send goes out properly.\nYou’ll work across email marketing, CRM hygiene, campaign operations and basic automation. The right person will be fast, structured, reliable and comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Zapier and HTML email templates.\nThis role is ideal for someone who has strong marketing common sense, can spot mistakes before they become problems, and takes pride in keeping campaigns clean, accurate and moving.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou’ll be responsible for preparing weekly marketing campaigns from start to finish, including:\nBuilding and cleaning campaign lists\nCreating and copying campaigns in Campaign Monitor\nWriting and formatting email drafts\nCreating and editing simple HTML email templates\nChecking links, formatting, subject lines, send settings and audience segments\nRemoving people who have responded, unsubscribed or should no longer be contacted\nUpdating contact records, phone numbers, job titles and company details in HubSpot\nKeeping campaign lists clean, accurate and ready for outreach\nSetting up simple automations through Zapier and HubSpot\nMonitoring campaign performance, deliverability and send health\nCoordinating with internal teams to make sure campaigns are ready on time\nKeeping records organised so everyone knows what has been sent, to whom and when\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who is detail-obsessed, practical and fast-moving.\nYou should be comfortable with:\nHubSpot CRM\nCampaign Monitor or similar email platforms\nZapier and basic marketing automation\nHTML email formatting\nList building and data cleaning\nEmail campaign setup and QA\nWriting clean, professional email copy\nManaging unsubscribes and response lists properly\nWorking to weekly campaign deadlines\nSpotting errors before campaigns go live\nYou don’t need to be a strategist, but you do need strong marketing common sense.
