Years of experience: Min 6-10 years of experience required in B2B and B2C sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Membership Growth

  • Lead and own the membership sales strategy, setting and achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Deliver a luxury, hospitality-driven sales experience for every guest touring the club.
  • Convert interest into commitment with powerful negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Establish partnerships and referral programs to grow memberships organically and sustainably.

2. Guest Sales Experience

  • Design and deliver a guest journey that exceeds expectations—from the initial enquiry and club tour to the closing of a membership deal.
  • Train and guide the sales team to act as consultants and lifestyle ambassadors, not just salespeople.
  • Ensure every guest feels understood, valued, and motivated to make Ileseum Club their second home.

3. Team Leadership & Department Management

  • Inspire, coach, and lead the membership sales team with clarity, accountability, and passion.
  • Conduct regular training on negotiation, hospitality-led sales, and premium service standards.
  • Foster a high-performance culture where every team member consistently delivers results.

4. Negotiation & Conversion Excellence

  • Act as the chief negotiator and deal-closer for high-value memberships.
  • Build confidence in prospects through influence, persuasion, and consultative selling.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped to overcome objections and turn challenges into opportunities.

5. Strategic Sales & Brand Growth

  • Collaborate with marketing to create premium campaigns and activations that generate qualified leads.
  • Represent Ileseum Club at events, networking forums, and community platforms as a brand ambassador.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and revenue reports—ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
